I have heard over and over how important it is to keep a gratitude list.  It keeps your prospective right, and lets you see how truly blessed you.  We sometimes get caught up in life, and something great happens, and we think…”wow”, but that’s it, and we forget to sing praises to the Lord.  I know for me this has happened way too much.  The past 1 1/2 years of my families life has been a constant provision by God.  Ask me how we’ve gotten through it…it wouldn’t make since on paper, only through God was it possible.  He has given us blessings that have allowed us to continue on.  Does that mean our lifestyle has stayed the same?  No, but it’s important we remember that God doesn’t always take us out of the mountain, but He will drill a hole through it for us.  Another reason to continually seek Him, and keep our ears receptive to His words.  Because ultimately, it’s HIS will that I want for my life.  Who am I to say, “I want this, or I won’t do that!”?  It’s not for me to decide, and besides, that’s not what I want for my life.  God has a purpose for my life, that that’s exactly what I want to live—His purpose.  To Him be the glory, and that is why I am keeping this list on here.  So that I can praise Him for all that He has done and will do.
